Blaser's restaurant is where you'll find the finest food, cooked with love and using the best ingredients. The focus is on regional ingredients from the Bernese Oberland.

Traditional dishes are given a new lease of life with a creative and sensitive approach. The menu's constantly changing, with new dishes added every day. They also have a selection of popular dishes and classics that are always on offer.
 

The popular Thai buffet is served regularly. And for those who don't want to wait for buffet night, the menu at Blasers Restaurant always offers a Thai corner.
 

Thanks to the local perch farm in Frutigen, Philipp Blaser has created a special dish for all you fish lovers out there: Blaser's mountain spring perch is the way to go!
 

The restaurant can fit up to 50 people for family celebrations, club events or events of all kinds. We'd be happy to advise you on your event.

Tea-Room –
A daily treat, made from scratch

We make great homemade cakes, sandwiches and patisserie every day. You'll definitely find something delicious that you'll like. Take a look at what we've got on the counter and decide if you want to chill in our Tea Room or take your treats home.
 

To accompany the fine delicacies from our confectionery, we serve high-quality teas, hot chocolat du confiseur or wonderfully aromatic coffee from a small roastery.

Soak up the sun, celebrate culinary delights

Now you can really start to feel like you're on holiday: enjoy the view of the high mountains or watch the fish in the pond from the peaceful sun terrace.
