Blasers is a family business with a long history in Swiss hospitality. Since 1904, we've been a hotel, restaurant and pastry shop all under one roof, and we're known for our warm welcome, quality products and links to the local area. The business has been carefully developed and grown over time.
Our company philosophy is all about respect, reliability and passion. These values shape how we interact with our guests and how we work together as a team.
Here at Blaser, we're like one big family, and we encourage everyone to take on responsibility and get involved. We're a company that values commitment, initiative and team spirit.
Even if there are no vacancies at the moment, we're always interested in hearing from people who are keen to work with us.
The Blaser family's tradition of hospitality is always changing. We've got a new logo and corporate identity, a new website and the Choco Atelier. Juliane and Philipp Blaser are keeping the family tradition of hoteliers alive by renaming the hotel 'Blasers – Hotel – Restaurant – Chocolat'.
We'll be planning the renovation of the tea room and confectionery at the end of 2021. The team of top craftsmen worked their socks off and got the place done in two weeks. The place is going to open on Mother's Day 2022. The great feedback we've had about the renovation is a real testament to our hard work.
The plan was to do the façade renovation in spring 2020. Unfortunately, because of the whole situation with the corona virus and how uncertain things are looking right now, we had to cancel this at the last minute. After a summer of ups and downs, we decided to give the outside a makeover in autumn 2020.
After the restaurant had a bit of a makeover and a few other small jobs done, the first two deluxe rooms were finished in 2015. We're also doing more rooms as we go, with the last two single rooms due to be done by 2019. All the rooms now have the same modern fittings.
The business was taken over by Marcel Blaser and his wife Theres (the third generation).

Purchase of the adjacent Hotel National, followed by the merging of the two buildings.

Gertrud and Paul Sieber-Müller (the second generation) took over the business.
